At Videre Designs, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your item arrives and something isn’t quite right, we offer a clear and considered 30-day returns process for eligible items.
Every piece is carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch, and our returns policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with the nature of high-quality lighting.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at
info@videredesigns.com, including:
- Your order number
- Clear photographic or video evidence of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a suitable resolution in line with consumer protection regulations.
Return shipping costs for approved faulty or damaged items will be covered by Videre Designs.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different item, please complete an eligible return and place a new order separately.
Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and are considered for approval when all of the following conditions are met:
- All original packaging, components, and accessories are included
- The product shows no signs of wear, damage, or handling
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and unaltered
Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be approved.
Outside our Policy
While we strive to ensure every Videre Designs piece meets expectations, returns may not be approved in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Items that have been installed, used, or altered
- Orders placed with incorrect specifications or delivery details
- Requests based solely on aesthetic preference once the item has been opened or handled
This helps us maintain quality standards and fair pricing for all customers.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for approved returns (except in cases of faulty or damaged items).
- Items must be packaged securely to prevent damage in transit
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service
Videre Designs cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refund Processing
- Approved returns are inspected upon receipt
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your payment provider
