At Videre Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Refund Process:

  • You may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Return Shipping:

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during the return process.

Initiating a Return:

  2. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) being returned, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our Customer Service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.

Conditions for Return:

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Items that show signs of damage may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges: We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process, and then place a new order for the desired item.
